After driving from Tingri over the Pang La, we turned left at Peruche and headed towards Kharta. We stopped for lunch on a grassy field next to the Dzakaa Chu River with plenty of sheep grazing quietly. We watched as wrinkled old Tibetan man led his yaks past us.
